The candidates who have proven track record of marketing skills (desirably in educational field but not essential) and are passionate about their job as well as have high inter-personal intelligence are most welcome to the ICES family since they can experience the best job environment. The BDM positions are available for full time duration. The positions are to be filled in for long term association (regular job) with the retirement age being 60 years. The selection process is based on interview. The payment includes house rent allowance, travelling allowance, medical allowance, phone allowance in addition to the basic salary. The salary will be decided at the time of the interview or after interview. Every year the BDM would be eligible for increment according to the norms of the company. The best performing BDM will be granted incentives as per the norms of the company over and above the regular payment. Further, the BDM would be promoted to higher positions as per the norms of the company.

The BDMs are expected to work with honesty, integrity and dedication. They should take up the training and orientation programs to update their knowledge, communication skills, product knowledge, team management skills and enhance their inter-personal skills. These programs would be arranged by the company and would incur no cost to the BDM.

BDM is required to work in any location in Pune or multiple locations in Pune as per the requirements. The duty hours will be 8 hours. Though the work hours are defined, however, marketing job requires working beyond office hours to achieve the set targets. BDM is the face of company. They are required to present the products of the company to the potential clients and provide the offers declared by the company from time to time. BDM are required to create the network of Franchises, conduct events for the same, etc. They will lead a team of 5 or more Business Development Executives (BDE)/Marketing Executives (ME). In future the job is transferable to any part of India.

It is highly essential that the BDM is well versed with usage of computer, internet and e-mail facilities. It is also expected that the BDM has good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, excel and powerpoint)

Qualifications: BBA / MBA or any graduate with proven track record of marketing especially in educational sector or in Franchise development

Job role:

Corporate & Retail Sales.Find potential clients for new educational franchises, New Branch Opening and Business Partners to run courses.Conduct events, meetings, presentations, seminars, information desk for Own generated lead/clients and Promote/Sell Courses(Franchises, New Branch Opening and Business Partners) as well as regular programs of Company.To Sale products through relationship management.Play a key role for acquisition of new franchises.Developing sales strategies,meeting sales targets.Following up on business leads and referrals.Attending exhibitions and other seminars activities.Use references of existing customers /old customers to get new Franchise, New Branch Opening and Business Partners from new customers Do Field work, Cold calling to complete given monthly, quarterly, yearly targets.Report to team manager or Branch Manager.To pitch in with Company’s products with the target customer (prospect).To explain the products in details and generate interest in the prospect for company Should monitor and support franchises throughout the educational life cycle. Must be Any Graduate.Candidates who have already established connections with clients in the educational sector will be preferred.Should have minimum 1 years of experience in educational sales or any direct marketing and should understand the working of the Company system.Must be capable of working under pressure and high performance targets.Good Organizational and time-management skills.Should be assertive but patient while meeting up with prospective clients.Should be comfortable conversing in English and Hindi.Candidate must possess his/her own means of conveyance.Should have a Presentable Personality, Creative, Adaptive, Social and Hardworking.Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.Comfortable in Travelling. Ability to Influence , Convince and Persuade.Own vehicle is mandatory.
